Delete your account

• Website: sign in, open Settings and choose Delete account.
• Android, iPhone and iPad: in the Hectic Music app, open your account settings and choose Delete account.

You may be asked for your password to confirm. Deleting signs you out on every device.

If you can’t sign in, email hello@hecticsoftware.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We reply within one month.

Your account and the personal data linked to it are deleted, including the videos you uploaded and their files.

Moderation records, reports, appeals and audit logs are kept in minimal form for at least 1 year, and records under a legal hold as the law requires. Details are in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
